The language lists stay fixed for the visit. The doctor speaks first, and the patient hears the translation. Pass the microphone when it is the other person’s turn. The right column is what the listener hears.

OpenAI processes the audio to translate it. This app does not save the conversation. That does not mean OpenAI keeps no copy. No warning does not prove the translation is right.
Now the patient passes the microphone to the patient. Now the doctor passes it back. End closes the translator.
