1. Parties and Scope
This agreement governs access to and use of Doctor Opus by a registered subscriber.
Use is limited to licensed healthcare professionals.
2. License
Subscriber receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the service.
License is limited to professional analytical and documentation-support usage.
3. Restrictions
The subscriber shall not use the service outside authorized scope.
- No resale, sublicensing, or white-label redistribution
- No credential sharing with third parties
- No reverse engineering or model extraction attempts
4. Payments and Credits
Access is based on prepaid credits consumed by operations.
Credits are non-transferable and generally non-refundable except where refund policy applies.
5. Medical Disclaimer and Responsibility
Service outputs are analytical drafts and do not constitute final diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
Clinical and legal responsibility remains fully with the licensed physician.
6. Termination and IP
Provider may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or violations.
All intellectual property rights remain with the provider.
